Solution to the problems of the planet Earth: More energy than water.

With the inquietudes of getting “the energetic use of the rotation of the planet Earth” the Ing. Fradique Lee Duarte, took some points of details to use this rotational energy, and turned into electric energy. Asking the next question: Why the oceans spins opposite to the rotation of the Earth?

- Analyzing the period of translation of the Moon and the period of rotation of the planet Earth, I observe that both leave an imaginary center of “Gravity Earth – Moon” in relative circular movement, this one reflex the gravity attraction. In other words: the earth and the moon spin over one same imaginary point “Gravity Earth – Moon”

Effect Fradiquelee: Like the Moon and the Earth spins over the same imaginary point, but individual the Earth turns over his axes (north and south pole), one rotation in less than 24 hours, faster than both, over this imaginary point, causing that both “Earth and Moon” turn (each one of them) over the center of both in 28 days.

Effect Coriolis: If we put a sphere without moving over a flat disc, in the moment that we apply rotational movement to the disc, the sphere will rotate over itself, because she will fallow the movement of the flat disc, however she will move rotating opposite to the flat disc.

If we look the planet Earth from the space, this one turns over his 2 poles and everything that is closer to poles, goes at a smaller velocity than what goes closer to the equator (this one has more energy than the ones that are further away). That is the case that the Equator for having more rotation radius goes at 1667 km/h, and at different velocity the poles goes at 0.00km/h for not having rotation radius.

Observing the rotation of the objects normally on the Earth, this ones, by the effect of Fradiquelee and Coriolis, are moving contrary at the rotation of the Earth (keeps a balance). But, what happens if this effects overcomes? Practically this is the principle of the formation of the Cyclones, it could say that this are the “genes” of the cyclones, hurricanes and tornados.

CYCLONES AND TORNADOS
The cyclones and tornados creates, by the affect the air, when the temperatures change cased of the Sun, and without going this air, opposite to the rotation of the planet, they began to follow his rotation.
By going to the same side of the rotation of the Earth, they accelerate cause of the spin of the planet and put up to the effect of Fradiquelee and Coriolis. At the time the airs gained height, the gravity attraction stops affecting (minimum), but the fluid (air) in movement is affected by the friction in his top.
An example of the acceleration of the planet can be seen, if we put at “The little Prince” walking in his little planet with a hula-hoop, if he walks from the equator to a pole, the hula-hoop will use the acceleration that applies The little Prince and the planet that spin.

CREATION OF CYCLONES IN TUBES TO PRODUCE ENERGY
Any fluid that moves from the equator to a pole wins relative speed, if is provoked this movement in circular or lineal way, the system will accelerate cause of the difference of relative speeds of the Globe, opposite to the effects of Fradiquelee and Coriolis.

THE DONUT
If we put a toroid (figure of a donut or a circular hose) of 300 km of diameter and 14 meters in the diameter of the duct that conforms the donut and filled with water, submerged without moving (the donut doesn’t have to move) in the sea or over any place of the surface of the Earth, and we give a start to the direction of the movement of water, this water will accelerate beating the effects of Fradiquelee and Coriolis, that for differentials of relative velocity existing from the equator to any pole, it will accelerate until getting a velocity required (12m/s in this design) by leaving stable the conditions to operate in the friction of the duct. Now lets install generators of energy similes to the eolic ones (the generators that move with the air) over all the period or development of the donut, and lets distribute this electric energy to use in transport, machines, industry, communication and every thing that we want, because this is clean energy and inexhaustible, while the Earth don’t stops rotating.

One of this donuts can produce (500 millions of kilowatts) the same that 500 Nuclear Power Plant, there is no risk of contaminate the planet, and there’s no new material to invent. His construction cost lowerer than the cost of a Nuclear Power Plant, equivalent at 7% of the value that will have this quantity of Nuclear Power Plants.
